Matt W. Ikle, President/CEO

Matt Ikle is the President/CEO of Elite Insurance Agency. He founded the agency with an emphasis on providing old-fashioned service to meet the insurance needs of family and friends. The agency has grown to serving all types of Business and Personal risks, from Tier II suppliers to your local landscaper. He is licensed in Michigan and Ohio.

Matt serves on the board of directors for Cleary University Alumni Association, Kiwanis Club of Howell, Livingston County Pheasants Forever, Livingston County Economic Club, Leadership Livingston, Past President of Jonathan’s Landing Community Association, Vice-Chair Howell Township Planning Commission and Founder of the local Christian Business Professionals. He is an active member of the Shepherd of Lakes Lutheran Church in Brighton, Michigan and believes you must give back to the community you live in. He is a lifelong area resident.

Matt’s father passed away from cancer at the age of 38, when Matt was 15. He learned at an early age that life brings different situations that sometimes are difficult to deal with if you are not prepared.

His goal in life is to make sure families and businesses are prepared for anything that comes their way.

Angellina Ikle, Office Manager/CSR

Angellina Ikle is the wife of Matt Ikle and is the Office Manager/CSR. She is involved with assisting clients' service needs including billing, quoting, updating/changing a policy and problem solving any issue that should arise. She is also an active member of Sheperd of the Lakes Lutheran Church in Brighton, Michigan and involved with the nursery and children programs.

Marsha Ikle, Customer Service Representative

Marsha Ikle is Matt’s Mother. She is a customer service representative (CSR) for the agency. She works in the office two days a week and fills in other days when needed. She worked at Domino’s Pizza World Headquarters as an Executive Assistant and Corporate Travel Manager for 22 years and has recently retired. Marsha is active with the First United Methodist Church in Brighton, Michigan.
