Claims

Make A Claim

During regular office hours, we want you to call us for your claims, not an 800 number. We will be there with you for the duration of the claims process. If after hours, please use the claims numbers listed below or listed on your insurance policy.

• Windsheild Repairs / Replacement
• If you have auto rental on your policy, we arrange rental of the vehicle to your home. If you do not have rental coverage, we work with repair facilities that offer loaner vehicles at reduced or no charge.
• If your vehicle requires work at a collision shop, we will keep you updated while the vehicle is being repaired.

Homeowner’s claims: We recommend top rated insurance restoration companies that guarantee arrival times to your home. We have relationships with local hotels and community agencies to assist any needs that may arise.
